This Privacy Policy applies to the Qexo website, dashboard, widgets, voice workflows, and related services (together, the “Service”). Qexo provides software to service businesses, which may use the Service to respond to inquiries, qualify requests, call customers, and coordinate appointments.
1. Information we collect
Information provided directly
We may collect names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, login credentials, service requests, appointment details, addresses, messages, and other information submitted through the Service.
Voice and interaction information
When configured by a Qexo customer and permitted by applicable law, the Service may process call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, outcomes, and structured information derived from a conversation. Callers should be given appropriate AI and recording disclosures by the business using Qexo.
Technical information
We collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, referring pages, cookie identifiers, security events, and diagnostic logs necessary to operate and protect the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and administer customer workspaces;
- Respond to, qualify, and route service inquiries;
- Support AI-assisted calls and appointment workflows;
- Communicate about support, security, and service changes;
- Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and meet legal obligations.
3. Customer and processor roles
Businesses using Qexo generally determine what customer information is collected and how it is used. For that information, the business is the controller or business and Qexo acts as its processor or service provider. Questions about a specific business's use of your data should first be directed to that business.
4. AI processing
Qexo uses artificial intelligence to help summarize requests, identify missing details, support conversations, and recommend workflow actions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for configuring their workflows, reviewing material decisions, and complying with disclosure, consent, and sector-specific requirements.
5. How we share information
We may share information with infrastructure, communications, AI, calendar, email, analytics, and security providers that help operate the Service. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete a corporate transaction, or at a customer's direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Cookies
Qexo uses necessary cookies for authentication, security, and session continuity. We may use limited measurement technologies on our public website. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent authenticated features from working.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, satisfy customer instructions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and, where Qexo processes information for a customer, direct the request to that customer.

Qexo and its service providers may process information in countries other than where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date.
